I stopped by this La Michoacana location to get some nachos. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. When I came, they were a little busy but not so bad. I got the large nachos with for extra cheese and jalapenos. They did take a while to make my nachos and didn't put a lot of jalapenos. The nachos were delicious especially with the extra cheese. The customer service was fine but just slow.

***BEWARE***
We ordered several items from this location including paletas and fresas con crema! My son was eating his chicle paleta when he complained it had a bad bitter taste & then he complained about having a tingling/ numb feeling in his mouth. My husband and myself tried it for ourselves and experienced the same thing. The ice cream was extremely bitter & gave off a chemical taste almost like nail polish remover . Immediately threw it in the trash and Called the store to advise them and all they said was sorry.

The strawberries in the fresas con crema were almost rancid! Sad that they give customers poor quality items but charge high prices..extremely disappointed in this location as it used to be our go to. They will no longer be getting our business. Avoid this place unless you’d like to get sick…

Very good experience. Excellent customer service. My daughter and her friends took their sweet time choosing what they want and the person helping them was patiently assisting them with a smile. This ice cream place offer more choices than any other ice cream joints that I know of. Price is reasonable and the place is clean and big. Certainly look forward to going back for more.

I never tried this ice cream untill July 02, 2023. We had a good experience and their ice cream was absolutely delicious. I recommmend their water melon sorbet and their banana split.

Good ice 🍨 cream and clean place. Ontop of that they have a.c and the place is clean. Good customer service also. English/Spanish.
